I don't understand why people get pets then treat them so deplorably! A long time ago, I stole a dog that live in conditions even worse that the ones you described. I knew stealing was wrong and illegal, but the treatment of this animal was a worse sin. Tiki lived a great life with our family for 14 yrs. I think God for game me.
