This is just so sad !
I speyed my 4lb girls and they were really ill afterwards, but got over it...but I am too scared to neuter my 4lb boy as he is skin and bone, so he is 5 and a half now and still entire. My new puppy is a boy too, but I will probably do him and hope for the best...he is a bigger dog...over 7lbs at 5 and a half months, so I am hoping he will be fine.
You can never tell...that's the vet's job...I am so sorry this happened...the sooner you get another pup the better for you...look on it as giving a good home to another needy baby.
