If the 'dogs' knew they were going to be left in a locked car, they probably would have asked to stay home !!! They only time my 'dogs' go in the car, it's when we drive to the park , to the vet and to grandma's house....!!!
I have called 911 on 'dog's left in the car....It's illegal here too !!!!
