Go to a vet for a tick ? I think they would laugh at me.....but if I can't get the pesky thing out I might just have to resort to that !
Thanks for the soap tip Brenda...but it's too late...it's just the hooks part of the head left...I think I am going to have to have another bash at the needle...poor baby...I hate gouging into him....he was soo good too !

Yes, Loch Ness is lovely...but full of ticks boohoo unless you stay on the beach !
