I have the same problem with my middle yorkie, Baby Tango. I have to wash the eye area every two or three days. I have tried different commerical products but they haven't worked. I suggest you speak with your vet. I was told it has to do with the tear ducts but I would not subject Tango to an operation. Please let me know if anyone has a solution to watery eyes. Meanwhile, I just take a washcloth and wet it with warm water numerous times until the crust gets soft and comes off on the wash cloth.
