Could you not write them a letter letting them know your a little worried, letting them know you have noticed they have gave the yorkie water and shade which is good but ask them if they did not know that a yorkie should not be out in the hot sun that long? Do not put who the letter is from and maybe you could post it my mail so thay dont see u popping it through the letter box haha!! Maybe this will wake them up alittle in a friendly way letting them know you can see the good things they have done but maybe they didnt know you cant leave a yorkie out that long and it opens there eyes that people have noticed with out gettin animal control on to them? just an idea hehe!! good luck keep us updated
