That is a wonderful house! I love the porch.
For digging I was told by a trainer to place their feces inside each and every hole and recover. They usually return to the same spots. If they didn't...in any new hole...same procedure. Eventually she said they think....this entire yard smells like...poop.
And stop digging.
I used the above with a golden retriever and it was successful.
