Well if he goes all day without going potty of course he has to go at night! He has to go some time, right? Am i missing something???
So as for what you can do, take him outside to go potty just before bed. if he wont go with just standing outside then take him on a long walk till he goes. Also, pick up his food and water a couple hours before bedtime.
