I have allergies to dogs and asthma as well from my allergies. They are actually one of my worst allergens although I have many other triggers.
I just started allergy shots and take an asthma med and allergy med daily and still deal with issues, but I just do my best.
Things that can help -- keep the dogs out of your bedroom at all times, buy hepa air filters for around the house, don't groom yourself - have it done out of the house, use allerpet in between bathings, vacuum and mop a lot. |
