If you were to say it happened after being without food for awhile, then I would say hypoglycemia, but since you say it happened AFTER eating, I would definitely have a bile acid test. This type of neurological symptom is consistent with liver problems. It happens after meals because the ammonia from the protein in the food builds up, enters the blood system, and causes neurological symptoms...
