He was leaning to one side? It could have been hypoglycemia or a seizure. If it continues you might have a Bile Acid Test done to check for liver shunt. I have friends that have had yorkies with Atlanto-axial subluxation as well and they showed neurological symptoms, cried out in pain, and leaned on things as they walked.
