Hi Misty I have a Palm Trio and I love, love it. I was PDA challenged but this Palm is very easy to use and I got it mainly for the calendar reminders..hahaha...I was forgetting appointments
and this is so easy to use and enter your daily appointments with reminders, etc. I love the touch screen too. I am with Sprint and it only costs me an extra $25 a month and that is with unlimited internet access (which if you don't the $$$ can add up with ringer downloads, etc.).
I also have text messenging. Oh and I have a pink one.
Only drawback and that's even with the BB (I have one for work as a loaner at one time) are the tiny Qwerty keyboard keys. But you get used to it or you can use the stylus tool that comes with the Palm.
