I used the premie baby diapers for Sandy.. and just cut out a hole for the tail.

Then a breeder I talked to, told me to get the washable pants for dogs. (They are like a pair of shorts). And use a ladies pantie liner in them. It works great. It is not bulky and it is a lot cheaper. They work great.
