I would call the Humane society and or the local animal control and tell them the situation, If you know where about she found him I would also call vets in the area to see if any reports of a lost puppy. I know my vets have at least 2-3 on their board every time I go. That poor baby. I hope he finds his way home or a new home inside a loving home |
