Contract looks alot like mine, however, I do not stipulate the trade for puppy in there only becuase it is usually added once the terms are agreed upon. If a bitch only had one puppy I would not require that person to give me that one and only, it does seem a bit cruel. I would have to think of alternate outcomes in that situation.
