On the note of hair dye, my hair takes too well to dye so when i had red highlights put into my gorgeous light blonde hair i was a little worried and quite rightly because when i was having the red dye washed out the water obversly came in contact with the rest of my hair and turned the whole lot dark red even with it being watered down. Anyway i phoned the manufacturer and the lovely lady on the other end of the phone told me to buy head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo (the zinc in it strips dye) what you have to do is put it onto dry hair put a plastic bag on your head (the heat reacts with the dye) and leave for 20 mins then wash and blow dry you can do this a max of 3 times in one day but no more than that but buy the 3rd wash all of the dark red dye was gone wahoo...! But even just using it as a normal shampoo will have the same affect but will just take longer. Unfortunatly with the fact that i am fair haired and fair skined (and my skin is quite sensitive) i got an allergic reaction to head and shoulders and it burnt my head and as it was the first time i had used it i didnt see that one coming so although i ended up with a sore head for a couple of weeks i had my blonde back!!!! WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PROCESS ON THE DOG, AS THEIR SKIN IS PROB TO SENSITIVE TO COPE WITH IT
