I would suggest getting a little life jacket and having her wear it at home on and off to get used to it first. Then little by little as you are bathing her, pour water all over her with a pitcher. Then try to put her jacket on while bathing her and fill up the water so she has to paddle. That is a good idea to get a baby pool.
