If it were my baby, I would rinse her and use a product called stop itch, I use for my Gizom he is a walking Itch...LOL
I make sure all the shampoo is off his skin, let the Equine Stop Itch sit for 5 minutes... rinse him well....
Then I rub oil on my finger tips and put it all over his skin...
Boy does it help him....
Maybe someone else will have some other tips...but this helps his little pink itchy skin.:woof
