I did suggest that to the vet, but she insists that it was the hips that were hurt. I can't help but wonder if it could also be the spay area because I don't know how long it takes to fully recover from that type of surgery. My peke was running around and acting normal within 2 days of her surgery. Bella "appeared" to be back to normal after about 4 days. I just realized her spay was actually 3 weeks ago, not 2. I feel so bad for her.
