Has anyone read the contract. This seems a little off to me. I personally would not have signed the contract with the way it was written. Seems she wants a say in the choice of a vet (two vets) and the buyer has to pay for it. I understand you the seller would pay for the first, but the second needs to be on the breeder, not the buyer. It is the breeder's puppy. I would call AKC and let them know the trouble, and let them see the pictures of what you bought and what you got. They might not do anything, but you never know.
Also she states she only covers heart and liver for the first 6 months. Sometimes a problem could take a 6-12 months before it is noticed.
What it means by loss of hair, I have no idea but I would have gotten off her site by then. This raises a flag for me, I have not seen anyone post that as a problem when they sale their babies. Looking at the two pictures it does seem like yours has hair loss or is very very thin.
