Boy, can I sympathize. I've been an admin for 29 years. There have been good and bad bosses over the years (and a couple that were downright toxic!), but people come and go. Depends on how much crap you can stand and whether you think that person will stay or just move on in a few years.
Lately, though, I'm thinking I've done this long enough and maybe I should go back to school. Still have some thinking to do and have to talk to DH first, but I could probably hack a few more years if there were something more interesting to do; I've kind of hit a ceiling where I am. |
