when i had my pekingese he always used to get carsick! i would take him to the vet and as soon as he got in the car he'd start foaming in the mouth and he'd start to throw up! when i asked the vet about it they said i could give him childrens benadryl.. you should call the your dogs vet and ask to make sure.
