i tought odie. and i bought his steps at wal mart...i see them all over the place: wal mart, target, the mall, pet stores, etc.
at first he wouldnt use them he would jump over them, i think he was afraid of them to be honest with you. but when he was a pup i had to teach him how to go up and down our house steps, we have 5 big ones. i would literally place each paw on the step as if it were him doing it...up and down we went for about a day or two then he did it on his own.
then when i got the steps, i had to re-do all that stuff again but after about an hour of constant up and downs he got the hang of it.
i have to use his steps for my bed. so there was no getting around that one =] |
