I don't know much, but I think your baby is beautiful, and I'd find a different groomer who can keep a civil tongue in his head. What kind of idiot criticizes the clients? I've never had a beautician insult my hair, have you? (Though once I had one "tactfully" ask, "Did you PAY for your last haircut or did a friend give it to you?" I had had a really bad haircut previously and the poor man was trying to fix the damage.) So why would a groomer criticize your dog? Makes no sense at all. Sounds to me like a person who just like to pretend to know more than he really does. |
