Any one that has email can receive money from paypal so that excuse is not valid -- USE ONLY PAY PAL
Sorry girls ( including one of my friends and a client ( you know who you are ) But Puppyescrow is not a 100% safe or good way to do either as they have been known to get funds from a buyer and tell the seller they never got it - I know this for a fact - I took their legal contract to my lawyer just recently when a lady that is now waiting on her baby asked about it and my lawyer told me to stay away from it -
Use only Pay pal and you won't have problems
usually when they ask you to use western union or wire transfer it is a SCAM!!
