The poor little guy was on the floor, had been barking, then stopped barking. Probably too hot to bark. I am still so upset by it. The doggy was suffering, but I feel like I am suffering now just with the memory......
Here's a great website with info on locking dogs in cars.......I have printed it and made copies to put on people's cars that do this....and I will keep animal control's # handy to report them. I just can't stand for this anymore....it's way too sad........... Pasado's Safe Haven - Do not leave your dog in a hot car | Excellent post, and good for you for following up! A lot of people don't realize that even when it's 70 degrees outside, a car can turn into an oven within minutes.
