My parents think that a dog needs to pee every 15 minutes and so my dad took it as he needed to go out and I just left...I was starting my car and my dad comes out, Duke was standing in the grass and I look over and my dad yanks him up with the leash choking him with his collar I was livid.
I don't think anyone should pick up a dog like that no matter it's size. It's just not ok.
Some people just don't understand! These are living breathing animals, and members of our families, use some common sense!
