The whole site screams one thing to me. Business/money. Most breeders I've gotten to know, and granted that is few, but the ones I know do it becuse they love it. The best they do is recover their expenses and many don't even cover those. They don't try to make it up in volume and that's what this looks like to me. How else do you explain that many puppies? This has to be a puppy mill. At the very least, she's a backyard breeder. No AKC registry was another sign. Also, she said "most" puppies are available at twelve weeks but some, if their weight is good can go at eight. I'm sure most of us on here have received puppies at eight weeks and they've turned out fine. However, now that I know more, I wouldn't dream of taking a puppy earlier than eight weeks and I know that their weight as absolutely nothing to do with it. It's all about socialization. If I've learned nothing more in my time on YT, it's that no reputable Yorkie breeder would let puppies go earlier than twelve weeks, regardless of their size. The fact that she's advertisting herself as a breeder of cross-breeds doesn't bode well either.
Those are the few things I noticed from the first page of her site.
