Need advice: A while back I posted that my son in law cheated on my dtr. They split for a wk and he came back all sorry and she sd she would give him another chance. Things were going fine. He went to National Guard boot camp but when he came back things went to H.../He "lost" his wedding ring while he was gone also. On the 3rd she found text messages he was sending to a girl in Mo (where he had been) Dtr texted asking if she knew he was married and she replied he did not tell her that. He was also texting the same girl he had cheated with before who does know he is married. The text said something about things were going south did she want to get with him. Dtr went ballistic told him to contact her and tell her it was over and he refused. She told him they were over.
They are trying to divide the bills with my hubby as mediator. The biggest concern is her name on his car loan and she wants the big screen tv. She is also adamant she keeps her yorkie and doxie.
Now does anyone have any advice for her to get through this? Any special tips on a divorce? He already has a lawyer he said.
