http://www.petapotty.com. There are three sizes and I'm sure that one of them would fit on your balcony. I currently have a litter box on my small condo's patio for my dogs, I'm sure that it'd be ok to have the petapotty on yours. Be sure that it's a secured area so your little baby can't get out of the balcony, and I wouldn't recommend leaving your baby unsupervised incase he/she is an escape artist.
