I don't have my exact measurements written down...or at least I can't find them in my book. I can give you my approximations and you can taste test until you are happy.

if you will be more comfortable with exact measurements...here is a link for a basic recipe for Garlic and Olive oil pasta that I had saved on my online recipe box...You can just make it as stated and then add white wine to taste and a bit of butter if you like (I usually use about a 1/2 cup of dry white wine and 2 tbls of butter). Then use a little of the sauce to saute the veggies and toss everything together.
