Hi,
My little girl started cutting her puppies way back on nursing at 4 weeks. I started feeding them mushed up puppy food and I would make her lay down and make her nurse. She didn't snap at them but would growl and jump out of the whelping box. If I stood there and watched her she would let them nurse, but as soon as I left she would jump out.
