Thanks for the compliments. Some days literally nobody likes us in claims, it's a big deal to us when we get good reviews and emails.
We shoot for a week to process and have a letter or check on the way, no one likes to wait and we know that.
A big part of the reason I love what I do is that I get to be a vet tech (the entire claims department are licensed/ certified veterinary technicians) and dog owner FIRST and then work for an insurance company. We follow our terms and conditions, but we always try to do what's in the animals best interest if we can. It's not odd for my dogs or someone elses to be in the office hanging out and there is NOTHING better than an email full of photos. We love pictures, websites, and good stories more than you'd ever believe! |
