I got Max neutered at 5 1/2 months and he was around 2 pounds and came through it with flying colors (thank god!) when I got him home it was a challenge to keep him still, he was running and playing! I did it early because of what Beth said, I wanted to try and eliminate the chance of marking and it worked! He's 18 months and has never marked and still squats like a girl when using the bathroom
