Even the chicken (actually turkey is the first ingredient) variety of the EVO has about 22% fat. I have a 13 yr old lab, a 4 yr old shih tzu, and a 3 yr old yorkie eating this. Everyone is doing really well, but I think it's making Lucy (my yorkie) fat. It seems the less I feed her and the more we excercise the fatter she gets. I've also noticed that she's pretty itchy. I'm going to try wellness fish and rice and see how that goes. I need her to lose around a half pound. |
