Yes, we alternate her on Artemis at night and EVO during the day. I was thinking of rotating the EVo with the chicken variety as well as EVO reduced fat, which unfortunately has the chicken that Layla is allergic to. The fat content is also 15%. Thanks again for putting the protein/fat content into perspecitive. I love the EVO that it has a lot of GREAT ingredients and no 'fluff' that isn't necessary in a diet.
You should get samples first though, Zoe likes the EVO chicken a lot more than the red meats, not sure why. She will eat the red meat, but not as quickly as the chicken variety. But this grain free EVO variety is new and seems promising. |
I don't think 22% fat is a concern for most Yorkies.
The problem with Evo is their canned.
It is over 35% fat which is crazy.
That is just too high.
