I would like to get a new female to breed .I want to be a small breeder with 2-4 females .

I would like to breed when I have inquiries for puppies . I do want to be a responsible breeder. I have been in contact with a breeder close in my area that is getting out of the business due to her and her husbands age.
I promised a female to my son, who is 16 so we would be co-owners.
I am not really interested in shipping a baby.
I will drive a few hours from were I live preferably.
