It's such a shame that you can't see those Lookout seats in person somewhere!!! It's really hard to determine how large of one you need just by dimensions....although, I did cut out a piece of paper with the dimensions on it to see how big of one I'd need but that was when I was thinking about the console seat, which is no longer an option since I've got 2 dogs now  .
Brooke, have you come to a decision which one you are getting? I'm interested to see your two in one of them. I'm having the same problem b/c I want something that will fit in our car's backseat if we decide to drive our own car (we usually rent a bigger car for all MY stuff that I take  and now all of the dog's stuff  ) and one that will be big enough for both to be comfortable for 10 hours.
I'm starting to like the laundry basket idea, LOL.
Someone said something about securing them: don't some laundry baskets have sort of slats in them where you could slide the seatbelt thru  . |
Well I WAS really leaning towards the My Buddy...but now I am thinking that I may just end up going with the Medium sized one as my babies are small and everyone is saying that they would both fit in there nicely, and most of all, comfortably - which is exactly what I am looking for
I wouldn't mind getting the My Buddy as I know that there will be room in my Tahoe for it in the back seat, BUT.....with the Medium sized one, I REALLY do like having the option of it going in the front OR back seat. That way, when it's just the babies and I in the car I can have them up in the front seat with me, and then when hubby is with us we can move the car seat to the back if we want to
As long as I know that they BOTH have PLENTY of room to be comfortable in the Medium sized one, then I am 95% sure that-that is the one that I will end up buying
I am going to wait until Sarah posts pictures of 2 of her babies in the Medium sized one from the front....I think that will help me out alot
