Animal Smiley 019 Holding it at night

I feel pretty lucky regarding my Lucy at night time. She goes to "her room" around 9:30 or 10 when we go to bed. Her crate is in my bedroom during the night so she doens't get scared. At first, she whimpered, but I'd just "Shhh" her and she'd stop. I don't hear another peep out of her until 4 a.m. when my husband gets up for work. I get up, taker her out to pee and put her back in her crate and go back to bed until 7:30 or so. The 7:30 pee time is a big one with some poop involved. She doesn't seem to eat much of her own food at 4 but she'll snoop around the lab's food bowl in the garage. I guess it tastes better?? Lucy isn't too good during the daytime. She always seems to sneak away and find a pooping spot. I swear, if I turn my head away for a second..she's somewhere pooping! We still love her.
