Good for you! Here's basically my schedule:

Daily- The obvious I guess. Make bed, keep dishes washed, keep things picked up, take out garbage and run dishwasher. I also clean my kitchen counters and stove top and run my dustbuster in my bathroom because I shed like a cat.

Twice a week I vacuum the kitchen and living room.

Weekly I clean everything including the bathrooms, all dusting, vaccum and mop all floors.

Monthly I clean a little deeper like behind the fridge and stove, ceiling fans, inside fridge, outside of cabinets and blinds.

That's all pretty approximate, sometimes it gets done and sometimes it doesn't.

I think the most important thing is just picking up as you go. Maybe relate it to something. Like every time you are on the phone keep busy putting things away. It also helps to not be afraid to just throw stuff away. Also a way I trick myself into getting things done when I'm feeling super lazy is have a "movie cleaning day". I watch a network movie so it has commercials and at commercial I jump up and do as much as I can before the movie comes back on.
