I talked to the groomer the one time when she was in heat and badly matted and she told me not to worry that she would get the matts out. I thought she might have to be shaved down then but she got the matts out just fine. If I thought that this would have been a problem, I would have gotten the matts out. Even if the girl had told me that if they couldnt get them out then she would have to shave her then I would have been fine. I guess I just have to remember that she will be gorgeous either way and her hair will grow back...
