Judy Izzy knows how Gizmo feels. Last year was also Izzy's first 4th of July and she was fine...we even had her at my niece's home and they always have a huge fireworks display. Soooo I thought that this year Izzy would be fine.
Well she is not afraid of them she just barks like crazy every time one goes off (yes they are our little protectors). Finally she settled down when I ignored them and we had the TV on, etc. But that took about 45 minutes.
Ohio is like Texas.....the fireworks started this past Monday and will go on until this Monday!
At least Gizmo didn't hide under the bed!
