I am so puzzled as to why people think they can cheat and swindle people like this one has done - This certainly gives "breeders" a black eye - of course this really is not a "Breeder" but only another one of those blasted PUPPY MILLS in a different form - I hope the OP gets her money all back and that this puppy mill gets run out of business.
