With my girls, I rely more on their behavior as an indicator than anything. I also notice a 'flattening out' of the area between the anus and vagina just before they start with labor. I know you must be worried, especially with the preemies born to Chloe earlier this week. You may want to make sure Lola doesn't get too much activity, especially running and climbing stairs. Usually, they may lose their appetite just before whelping but my Pearl ate just fine right up until whelping this time around so that's no certain indicator. I do hope Lola can hold her babies a few more days.
