She might have actually pottied onto her leg and it is making her uncomfy. However, I truly would take her to see the vet for an exam.
You don't want her to become dehydrated due to her loose stools, please make sure she is drinking. Water, Pedialite, Gatorade, etc. Something with electrolites (sp) is really good for them when they are losing fluids.
