Feed her a little, but more frequently. Fix her the Mother's Nature Pudding recipe. If you need the recipe, let me know and I will pass it on. I think they have a copy in the perm. File. Checken broth is okay and even beef broth. Also a little cooked liver, and don't forget cottage cheese! She needs calcium and protein right now. She may be throwing up because she is eating too fast and too rich so fast on her tummy. Also don't forget to keep a check on her temperature. Are you doing this?? If it goes above 102. call the vet.
Both of my girls panted for the first two days - but this was due to hormones. But if you have it with fever - call the vet. You will most likely have to hand feed her - yes with your hand or spoon right to her mouth. For water - you might have to bring the dish up to her too. I even had to swish my finger in the water to get my girls to drink. Drinking ins very important - it helps with her milk supply! Also make sure she is not too hot - can also cause her to get dehydrated.
Let us know how she is doing - more often. We get worried.
