I am so sorry for you. I thank you for taking the time to share this with us. If we can continue to share with everyone about the puppy mills and people that are not only hurting us and our families and the poor unhealthy puppies & dogs it will help everyone.
If you have your receipt's & statements you can take them to small claims court the judge would look at your documents and in most cases grant them to pay your money back. It takes time but nice to make a point. You can also contact your police department and file a complaint. You can contact Animal Control and report the sick uncared for pets and maybe they can get some help also.
