Not all first time moms will bond with their pups. I had one who had a singleton pup and had to have a c section. I tried for 2 days to get him to nurse and he wouldn't and mom wouldn't stand for it either. He wouldn't take the bottle either and I finally tubed him thinking mom would come around. She never did so I had to hand raise him. I was glad it was only one pup. I then had mom spayed. |
