Miss Bridget also had a c- section just about 11 days ago. When she came home she was also out of it, she was up and down and virtually uninterested in the puppies, I would hold her down, and attach the pups, after a few hours the sedation completely wore off and she was fine, and became a great mom.
Give her time, keep those babies warm and try to have them latch on, it is ideal to have them nurse within the first 2 hours, even if you have to attach them and hold momma. Make sure you are within close proxcimity(sp) to make sure momma does not get agitated with them, but she should come around within a few hours.
C-sections suck, they litereally take mom out of the look and suddenly she has babies, just take a bit for them to see they are their own. Good lUck and keep mom loaded with calcium enriched foods to avoid my circumstance, although with 2 puppies it is less likely.
