Hi guys pertaining to the little Yorkie or any other dogs that you spot and may want to adopt or rescue. The person to call for help is Laticia Duffy. I spoke to her awhile back. As I said this place does not adopt out and it does not allow any rescue but the four listed to pull the dogs. Laticia told me awhile back if there was a dog or dogs of interest to call her and she would try to help out. Your rescue does have to be licensed. Anyway, her contact info. is below. Elaine
